Graphic design costs start at a minimum rate as seen in the Graphics + Content Plans Page. Based upon the tasks required and the deadline of your design project, those determine your cost.

All Designs have a policy that must be agreed upon before a project commences. (Thus, is done within the client’s design meeting.)

You are allowed 2 revisions for free. These revisions are small changes to:

1. Elements used in the design. (icons, images etc)
2. Additional information
3. Or subtraction of information. 

However, anything that dramatically alters the layout of the design will be an additional fee.  Moreover,  the scrapping of the entire design to request a new one after our agreed upon design will be a cost of a new design project. 

So we advise you in the client design meeting (where we ensure the specifics of the project) to be sure and show samples of the work you desire to see.

The Standard Turn Around Times for Graphic Design work are as follows:

Flyer Designs, Carousel Posts = 3 Days 

Single Social Media Post = 2 Days 

Branded Templates = 3-5 Days Dependent upon the agreed kinds of templates. 

Yes, they are Rush Fees. That is the percentage of the standard cost of your design plus the below rush charges. 

Same Day Returns= 76% 

1 Day = 60%

2 Days = 48%

Deposits are required in order to commence a project.  50% are required for any design project excluding content packages. The remaining balance must be paid upon official release of Design (s) to you by Sapphire Media.

Full Payments are welcomed.

For Expedited Design Projects Full Payment is expected within 24hours and no later.
